Wood Comp Particle Board Core

1-3/4" Thickness has a 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core sandwiched between a super high-density particleboard 3/8" thick top and bottom.  Traditional style is banded on all sides with lumber.  Sanded smooth and sealed to resist liquids.  Front edge standard with 3/8" radius "comfort" edge.  Also available in a 1-3/8" thickness.

Economy Top Particle Board Core

Low-cost work surface is 1-1/4" thick and has a 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core underneath a tempered hardboard 1/8" thick top.  Not recommended for high humidity environments.  An exceptional value for a new work surface.

Plastic TM Particle Board Core

1-1/4" Thickness has a 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core.  Top surface is high pressure laminate and the backer sheet is impregnated paper to balance the construction.  Corners are rounded and all sides are edged with vinyl.  ESD and chemical resistant laminates are available upon request.  Standard colors and patterns stocked, over 200 others to select from.

Plastic SE Particle Board Core

1-5/8" Thickness has a 45 lb industrial grade P.B. core.  Top surface and edges are high pressure laminate with an impregnated paper backer sheet on the bottom to balance the construction.  90 degree corners and edges.  ESD and Chemical resistant laminates are available upon request.  Standard colors and patterns stocked, over 200 others to select from.  Also available in a 1-1/4" thickness.

Maple "Butcher Block"  Solid Wood laminated Strips

1-3/4" Thickness of rock-hard edge grained Maple strips laminated together using the WoodWelded process assures durability and strength.  Finished with Durakryl 102 that does not require any maintenance and is formulated to repel most solvents.  Available in three edge styles - Standard, Bullnose and Straight.

Maple Locker Bench  Solid Wood Laminate Strips

1-1/4" Thickness of rock-hard edge grained Maple strips laminated together using the WoodWelded process assures durability and strength.  All corners and edges are machined with a 3/8" radius.  Finished with Durakryl 102 that does not require any maintenance.  Benches are 9-1/2" wide and are available in lengths of 24" to 180" (typically in 12" increments, legs not included).   

Type 304 Stainless Steel  Particle Board Core

1-5/8" Thickness top with a 45 lb industrial grade particle board core.  Top is wrapped with a #4 Finish (polished) Type 304 Stainless Steel with welded edges.  Bottom is backed with an impregnated paper backer sheet for balance and protection.  Screw-on Back and Side Splashes are also available on request.
